I contacted Andersens Warwick needing carpet for my rental property at very short notice and on a tight budget. The team at Andersens were fantastic, nothing was problem. They are creative & think outside the square to problem solve. It is rare to find this sort of service in 2026. Thank you Lara, Mike and Erin, we couldn't be happier with the result 🙂

Anderson‘s completed our flooring in the lounge and dining area in a herringbone style with a border and did an absolute fantastic and professional job. The service provision is exceptional and big shout out to Aaron and the team and Michael and his team of floor layers, so thank you very much from Eve and Dave.

Andersons provided great service and very helpful. They took time to make sure I received the right vinyl for me needs. The price was very competitive. I highly recommend Andersons Rockhampton.

We purchased hybrid flooring for our house from Andersons at Salisbury Plains. The salesperson Olivia was fantastic – came to our house and did measure and quote and was able to price match an alternative supplier for exactly the same product. She was able to set up a payment plan which worked great for us and always remember us when we came back to make our regular payments. One of the friendliest and most helpful salesperson we have ever dealt with.

We are so happy with our new carpet it is just beautiful, exactly what we wanted ?. Thanks to Em and the team at Andersens Inverell for their expert product knowledge and advice. We would definitely recommend Andersens Inverell.

Would highly recommend.

My house was badly damaged in the floods 2 years ago, finally at the stage for flooring. Went to many places for quotes, some wouldn't touch us due to floor boards being damaged.
Then I found Amanda and her team. Amanda actually listened to what I needed, and spent time explaining the different options. Anderson's were the best with pricing, and the installing was fast, he was on time, and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure to deal with Andersens Inverell when installing our outdoor shutters. They kept us informed all the way and the install was sensational. The staff were a pleasure to deal with. The end result exceeded our expectations. Thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding Support from Andersons Carpets – A Huge Thank You!

We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to Jo and the team at Andersons Carpets Noosaville for their incredible generosity and support of our Men's Shed. Their donation of high-quality carpet — along with arranging for it to be professionally laid by the amazing Romel — has completely transformed our space.

Thanks to Andersons Carpets, the Men's Shed is now warmer, more comfortable, and far more inviting for all our members. This upgrade has made a genuine difference to the environment we spend so much time in, and it's already been noticed and appreciated by everyone who walks through the door.

Jo, Romel and the team at Andersons were a pleasure to deal with — friendly, professional, and genuinely community-minded. Their willingness to give back speaks volumes about their values and commitment to local organisations like ours.

On behalf of everyone at the Tewantin Noosa RSL Sub Branch Men's Shed, thank you for your generosity, craftsmanship, and outstanding service. We couldn’t be more grateful!

We had used Andersens Aspley years ago when we replaced our carpet with vinyl planks. So when undertaking a major renovation this year we of course went back to Andersens. We were not disappointed. The removal of our old floor tiles and the laying of the Karndean planks was very professional (thank you Nathan!) and it is a real wow factor when people enter our home.

We walked into Andersons Dalby with complete idea of what we wanted in our new build. Luckily Kirsten and the team took the effort to broaden our options which resulted in us being extremely impressed with the end result inside and out. Steve and the rest of the fit off crew completed the job to a great standard to put the cherry on the cake. If you want genuine service and a stunning finish, our advice is to Start at Andersons Dalby.

Salespeople were friendly and organised, and the floors were done to schedule, and look beautiful. I would have liked more detail about how the skirting boards would need to be rectified after being refitted.

Thankyou to Terry from Andersen's, Stafford. Terry was helpful and courteous from the first phone call. He explained the process from end to end and timelines. Discussed the difference in products. Very quick with the quote and booking in the job. Adam and his installation team were a lovely crew, great to meet and very accommodating. Updates were given throughout the day and the install went like clockwork! I wouldn't hesitate recommending Terry and the team from Anderson's at Stafford.

I had cause to approach Anderson's some time after our carpet/vinyl installation for some post-sale support. I had an issue that I wanted help with that I thought was due to a faulty installation. It turned out my issue had nothing to do with the installation but was related to a plumbing issue. I wanted to write this review because the staff at Anderson's were so responsive and helpful. They called me back promptly, took my concern seriously and were supportive in helping me find a solution. I would have no hesitation in bringing business to them again next time I need some flooring installed. I highly recommend their company ethos and ethics – they really care about their customers.

Robbie and the team at Andersens carpets Coffs Harbour have been exceptional to deal with during the fit out of two properties this month. One a rental and one a private dwelling.

They offer an extensive range of product from hard wearing options for the rentals and high quality for our private purchases.

We had some issues with one of their subcontract fitters but this was resolved quickly and professionally. It’s always when something goes wrong that you really find out the integrity of suppliers and on that front Andersens came through with flying colours.

Thanks again Robbie and the team at Andersens. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

The professional caring attitude of every person that we dealt with was outstanding. The after sales follow up and communication was definitely the best we have ever experienced. Our vinyl plank flooring fits every corner and wall perfectly and stair caping really completed the job. Shira was the flooring specialist that carried out most of our work and his ethics and work performance really reflects the attitude and training the company provides their staff. All future work that we need done will be given to Mike and his team of dedicated employees. Thank you will never be enough but THANK YOU.

Our experience with Andersens, Dalby, throughout our renovations has been amazing. Staff are very helpful and know their designated field well. We had initially gone to Toowoomba to browse for bathroom tiles and window blinds however came back to Andersens as we had great choices and even better prices. For our latest projects we don’t even bother to get quotes but go straight to Andersens. Products and workmanship are of the highest standard. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

What a 5 star service that I've received from Paul to lay my non stratch laminate and carpet on my staircase. Through his advise with colour and the layout, both the laminate & carpet were beautiful when it was ready. His team did an excellent job to finished all bedroom upstairs & staircase in just 2.5 days.

I strongly recommend Andersen carpet to everyone and look for Paul please.

Once again we engaged Andersens to replace our flooring in the kitchen-family area of our home. It was a complicated job involving the removal of ceramic tiles and replacing it with vinyl tiles. As always, the Andersens team surpassed expectations. Ricky from the Sales team was amazing. He was professional, responded to questions immediately and organised the team to come in like clockwork on the day allotted. Dave and Lani, the laying team were incredible (like last time). So accommodating and quickly resolved any issues resulting in a perfectly laid floor. We are so grateful.

We have been delighted with the service received from Andersens, and the final outcome of our new floor!
Alessia Tripi was excellent, helping us through our thinking, organising a home visit with a flooring expert due to our specific requirements, and then through the process of tiling lifting and flooring installation. Her ongoing communication was so appreciated, and it made the process so much easier for us.
Thank you!

Extremely satisfied with my new bedroom carpet. Jarred did a wonderful job laying it. Robbie was very punctual and efficient doing the measure and quote. Can thoroughly recommend Andersens

Andersens have provided exemplary service. Provided expert advice on our timber flooring & carpets. They helped locate an expert timber floor layer and when we struck problems with our builder held the flooring in store for nearly a year at no charge. Ryan stands out for his friendly expert help. When there was a trim issue he personally took to me to wholesalers
making sure I got what was needed. All this at the best price in town. You will not get better service.

My first quote was through Andersen's Stafford, I planned on getting several quotes to compare pricing, then I met their sales rep Alessia. Alessia made the entire process easy, with expert advice, care and patience I never bothered looking any further. Thanks, Alessia, you have been an absolute gem. I highly recommend.

Thank you so very much for everything. The team that you sent out were absolutely amazing. The respect they showed Paul and ourselves was so lovely to see, very rare these days I am afraid, so we were so very delighted with them all. Such hard working men as well. My house is just so beautiful now and so warm. I can not thank you enough for your service.
Kindest regards
Ann

We recently had carpet installed by Andersens Coorparoo and had a great experience from the first time we walked into the door until the completion of the installation. Costa was very professional, knowledgeable and had great communication skills, he made the process very easy.

Great Service, Attention to Detail, Short Lead Time. Refreshing to find that all in the one business these days. Highly recommend.

I would like to thank Jimmy and his team from Anderson's Helensvale. I had Vinyl Flooring laid last week through insurance. Jimmy and his team helped me pick similar coloured flooring and came and measured up the same day. Jimmy went above and beyond with my insurance company to get my flooring down ASAP at an amazing price. I could not be happier with the final result. Highly recommend Anderson's Helensvale.

From initial contact, to arranging quote then manufacture and installation your service was excellent.

Lyle and Aiden from Andersen’s Warwick replaced the carpet on our stairs and landing today. My wife and I didn’t have to do anything. The guys moved furniture, cleaned up afterwards, and did a beautiful job on the stairs. They are so friendly and professional. It’s this fantastic service that keeps us coming back to Mike and his team for our flooring and carpet needs. Thank you so much.

I walked in & Nathan was great listening to what I wanted. Then I saw the beautiful Karndean Grey Oak vinyl planks & fell in love with the real tree trunk bark & knots. Dale was an absolute true Professional ! Looks like as if the cabinetry is sitting on top. With ensuring attention to detail. An asset to Andersens. Best investment !

Big thanks to Melissa and the team at Andersens Bundall.
Melissa guided us through the process of selection and installation. Her product knowledge and recommendations were great. She communicated regularly through the process and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

Ash the tradesman who did the hard floor installation was also great. He had good knowledge of the product, provided ideas and solutions for some of the tricky areas and great with communication throughout the installation process.
We’d definitely work with Mel and Ash again at Bundall. Thanks for making it a stress free process… and for my beautiful new floors!

Had a very good experience. No problem with a hitch that was beyond the control of myself or the helpful and competent staff. Top tradesman did a top job and left no mess. The Andersens team deserve high commendation.

Andersens provided excellent service and a very fine product for a new kitchen and family room floor. Initial consultation and follow-up oversight from the salesroom combined with skilled, helpful and generally efficient installers to guarantee satisfaction. Clean-up and removal of waste was done pretty well. The finished job is all we could have hoped for.

We recently haf Panther screen doors fitted through Andersen's. The procees of getting a measure and quote, to the fitting of the doors was stress free.
Adam did a excellent job fitting the doors. All the details of how to look after the doors was explained in a easy manner.

From our initial inquiry through to installation, Andersens Wynnum were attentive in listening to our needs and providing excellent service. Looking to install further shutters, Terry and his team were friendly and obliging, ensuring that we had the best possible match with our existing plantation shutters. I'm always delighted when you can work with a local company to continue with renovations or maintenance. I'd highly recommend Andersens at Wynnum for their service and the quality of the products they are able to source and install. A great team.

Just want to let you know how pleased I am with the floors! Bob and Ronel did a top job!
Thank you ????

Andersens Gladesville has just recarpeted our house. The work was done beautifully and with minimum fuss at every stage; from providing useful advice, careful assessment, reliable delivery, and efficiently replacing old with new carpet. We particularly appreciated Josh's efforts in selecting and laying a seamless piece for a whole-length section of the house. And Richard for the trouble-free management of the project. It was a pleasure to deal with this company. The carpet looks wonderful.

I was in the Andersens, Aspley store today and was highly impressed by their friendly and professional service. Nick in particular was most helpful. Thanks guys!

We recently had our floor layed by Andersen's. I couldn't be happier. The service from the moment we walked into the showroom to the laying of the floor was second to none. Darren could not have been more helpful with his customer service. Troy and Daryl layed the floor and were prompt, courteous, efficient and extremely professional. I would highly recommend Andersen's.

Excellent service, nice mid range carpet, installation was good. Darren Still was very helpful and pleasant.

The layers were soooo good ????

Jimmy from Helensvale was amazing, gave us a great price and had it laid in a week. The young man that laid the carpet was very friendly and nothing was a hassle for him. Highly recommended using these guys.
Very happy customer.

I had an amazingly easy experience from the experienced salesman , the admin support and the floor layers. The floors look beautiful and have been expertly laid. The team who laid them were punctual, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend Andersens Maryborough.

Fabulous team at Andersen's Helensvale. Efficient in the Showroom, and happy with the price. The guys who laid the carpet did a brilliant job…very polite and cleaned up after themselves really well. Always support a local family business, you guys are the backbone of this community…you offer better service that the "big guys"…I don't feel like I am a number…thank you so very much, and I can thoroughly recommend using you to my friends and family

What a great company. Super efficient in the showroom, and then on the day, the two guys were fabulous….also very efficient, polite and cleaned up EVERYTHING after them. What more can you want. Please support local family businesses like this and stay away from the "big guys" – businesses like this are the life blood of the Gold Coast and can offer superior service…which is what I received…thank you Andersen's Helensvale…great job

Hayley and Gary were super helpful getting carpet organised from Brisbane for my Mum who lives in Texas. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. I highly recommend their business

I recently changed my carpet to NDF Cascade Kerney flooring. After getting some cheaper quote which skipped the critical process of laying the planks, I approached Anderson flooring in Stafford. Erica and Matt both spent considerable time to convince me not to go ahead by skipping the hard underboard laying and were kind enough to offer me fair pricing. I was physically present throughout the process of laying the planks and the professional flooring guys Mark and David did an exceptional job. I will have no hesitation recommending Anderson Flooring for their friendly, fair, and honest dealings.
